What we collect
Name, phone, email, job address, job notes, photos, and messages — enough to run jobs and accounts. We do not ask for a customer card number to pay for a job.
Why we collect it
To run Local Contractors — quotes, invoices, the client portal, and (if you use it) the public contractor board. Shop data is for the shop. Public board listings are only what a client agreed to post.
Shop data and the public board stay separate
A shop job does not automatically become a public lead. A public request does not dump the client’s phone into a shop file unless that client is yours. Contact on a public lead is unlocked only after the client agreed their request can be shown and a tech pays the unlock fee.
We don’t sell personal info to random third parties
We do not sell names, phones, or addresses to random buyers. The only time contact details go to another tech is the lead unlock the client agreed to when they posted. Work photos stay private unless the tech has the homeowner’s permission to publish them.
Texts
Texts go out only if the person opted in and someone hits Send. No automatic marketing texts from this app.
