How this software works

Draft — have a lawyer review before you take money or run ads.

This is a draft in plain English, not legal advice and not a finished contract. Local Contractors (draft) operated with Local Handyman Services LLC. (561) 972-2262 · info@localhandyman-services.com.

Software plans, not lead packs

Techs pay $49 / $99 / $149 per month to use the system — jobs, invoices, calendar, and the rest of the shop tools. Clients post requests for free. Paying for a plan is software access. It is not buying leads.

Public lead board

If a public lead board is on, a client must agree their request can be shown to techs. A tech may then pay a separate fee to unlock contact details. We do not sell that information unless the client agreed to that unlock. Shop job data and the public board stay separate.

Work photos

Work photos stay private by default. A tech must have the homeowner’s permission before making a photo public on a profile or gallery.

Reviews

Site reviews must be honest and from people who actually used the tech. No fake reviews, no writing reviews for yourself, no paying for a five-star write-up. These are this site’s reviews — not Google reviews.

Texts

We only send a text if that person opted in and someone in the shop hits Send. No automatic texts. This demo does not send live SMS.

Job payments

This app does not charge a customer’s card for a job. Job money is Zelle, cash, check, or Other, recorded by the tech. Software-plan cards are not live here either — demo subscribe only.

We are not the contractor

This platform is software. Local Handyman Services LLC is not the contractor for every job on the board. Each tech is responsible for their own license, insurance, and work. We are not a party to the job contract between a tech and a client.

Your license to use the software

We own the software. Users get a license to use it while they pay. Don’t scrape the site, copy the database, or resell other people’s job or contact data.
